Itinerary
Muxima
Our tour starts at 7am wth a pick up at chosen pickup point. We drive through one of the most populated neighbourhoods of the city of Luanda, Viana, go through Catete, Cabala and reach the historical city of Muxima, where we take a boat tour through the Kwanza River that takes us to the local village of Cabonda. In Canbonda we visit the local primary school built before Independence, the church and have a chat with the traditional leader and sit with the local community for a small meal. We take a boat back to Muxima, visit the Nossa Senhora da Muxima church and most popular pilgrinage site and the fortress both built in the 16th Century.
Back in the city after a two-hour trip, we head to Mussulo to have a relaxing time on the beach. We took a 20min walk along the beach, seeing some popular places to get a general idea of how the Island is. We stop at a local resort where we will have the opportunity to drink
